Christmas Joy ...

Hi there

Today we are keeping the Christmas Spirit going with a few more projects from our team!

First up is Sue...
For Christmas I have made a candle pillar from an old chai tea tin, you could also use a pringle tin, the candle will sit in side the tin. I have painted the candle to match with inka gold.
To get chipboard to adhere to curved surfaces, first dampen it with a spray of water,
then apply to tin with glue and use rubber bands to hold in place.

Then you paint with layers of colour as desired. when I have finished I added some detail with liquid pearls in a gold colour...now I need to make another so I have a pair for the table

Miriam has created a couple of tags and cards .... simply stunning.

I made two cards and two tags. Plain white card stock, one embossed, the other I used Sizzix corner die, both with silver backing.ID chipboard silver embossed. Tags are on craft card with embossed with Craft Concepts Secret Garden embossing folder. Letters gold embossed with some gold trimmings.

Leeann has created a great double page

Its quite easy to create a page using non chipboard themed pieces.
Leeann went with the chipboard stars and sprinkled them on the page, adding other little
random shapes. That fancy chipboard doily is just stunning and was embossed using
white powder. The title was created using a mixture of letter fonts.

And Chitos has made this lovely canvas

So many wonderful Christmas ideas!
