Happily Ever After and Magic

Hi Everyone, Karen here with a couple of layouts to share with you today.  Hope you enjoy!!

"Happily Ever After"

To alter the chipboard, I first gessoed the pieces and then painted them with Folk Art "Sterling Blue".  I then used some Autumn Leave Rub n Buff to accent the coins,  I also painted them randomly with some more white gesso.  I loved using blue on the chippies to compliment the kids jeans in the photo.

Chipboard Used:
12 Buttons On Board ( IDS0031)

Happily Everafter (IDP0046)

Materials Used:  Prima's Printery Paper Collection, Glitz's French Kiss Paper Collection, Tim Holtz Tattered Banners Die Cut,  Tim Holtz ticket papers, Prima Wooden Buttons, and Art Tiles, Tim Holtz Aged Mahogony and Vintage Photo Ink.

"Magic"

To alter the chipboard on this layout I first gessoed them and then painted them with some Folk Art Parchment paint to accent the papers.  I then randomly used some Tim Holtz Aged Mahogony Ink along with some Olived toned ink along with a bit of black ink.

Chipboard Used:

Magic (IDW0041)

Large Butterfly (IDS 0002)

Shapes-Embellishment 8 (IDS0014)

Other Materials Used:  Prima's Ledger Paper Collection, Prima's Pixe Glen 6 x6 Mulberry paper and flowers, Prima skeleton key collection, Prima Chipboard piece, Prima Vintage Pieces, Prima Art Tiles, and some pretty stick pins I found at Michael's.

Thanks for letting me share with you today, and don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to be entered to win some beautiful chipboard.
