Three Layout's by Amy

Good morning everyone,
Today I would like to show you a couple of layout's I made using some awesome Imaginarium Designs chipboard.
All the layout's are made with Studio 75 papers where I am a design team member. These papers are of such high quality that they are awesome to work with.
Last month I told you I was having a giveaway at my blog {sorry but I was so busy that I forgot} but tomorrow I will make a video {if it will work} with my belated birthday give away which would include some of these gorgeous papers & Imaginarium Designs chipboard.
Now for my layout's:

Hello Beautiful:
This is a picture of my beautiful cousin who lives in the USA at her friends wedding.
I am totally in love with that frame if I could I would use it on every single layout hehe but I guess that would become very boring to look at right?
Lets have a closer look:

chipboard used:
If you love the chipboard pieces I used you can see/buy them here:
For my next layout, I used a picture of Kevin and his girlfriend I didn't even know that this picture was taken before she posted it on her Facebook page so cute that I had to scrap it.

First Love:
As most of you already know I love Imaginarium Designs frames here I cut out the middle part to make it into a frame.....and it totally looks so pretty on my picture I think.
Let's have a closer look:

As for my last layout I made this for my BoBunny teammie Tracee as a gift maybe some of you have seen this coming by on Facebook and for the people who didn't see it jet. It's a picture of her husband & son going to the casino. I just loved the old fashion look of the picture that I had to use it with this Mrs & Mr Black collection.

Your Time:
I didn't use any flowers and it still looks cool as I may say so lol.
I have a fear for not using flowers. I loved Romy her idea of using the propellers on the gears that I had to try to....thanks hon.
Let's look closer:

Tribute to my Granny

Hi everybody,
It's Amy here with you today.
The month January is a month I'd like to forget.....on the 20th my husband's granny past away and in the same week on the 24th my own granny past away.
I never thought that it would happen so quickly.....so this layout I created as a tribute to a wonderful woman, great mother, funny grandmother and sweet great grandmother!
This is my first layout I have created since it all happened so that means I haven't scrapped in two whole weeks.......I'm so hooked that it gave me all kinds of weird symptoms ;-)
But I'm back in the game!!

At her funeral I spoke with my heart to everybody that loved her, and it was a hard task I may say, but I did it and I'm glad.
On my layout there is a little part from that text, but sorry ya'll it's in Dutch and I'm not a great translator.
The papers I used are from Maja Designs "Vintage Spring Basics" it's such a great combination with Imaginarium Designs....

Beautiful Smile:
All the chipboard pieces I just inked......I took me forever to great this layout because I couldn't stop crying. Everything reminds me of her.
Here are a couple of close-ups:

She had the most beautiful smile ever and she was never cranky.
Sorry for the different colors I'm still having problems with blogger. These two pictures are more the right color as the ones above.

Cherish And Adore...

I recently inherited quite a few wooden frames (in the most unattractive of colours). I didn't want to throw them out, but I didn't want to put them on display either. They needed a major make-over before they could be considered suitable for use.

I began by coating the frames with several layers of white gesso. Once they were completely dry, I coated both frames with white Croco Crackling medium. Using a heat gun, I gently heated the frame edges until they began cracking. Once dry, I swiped silver ink over the frame edges, before wiping away the excess. This gave a beautiful distressed finish to the frames.

I used hessian to create my background, then layered different elements (chipboard and die cuts), until the design was complete.

Both frames are nearly identical - the only difference being the phrases I used, and the colours of the pins.

IMAGINARIUM DESIGNS PRODUCTS USED

OTHER PRODUCTS USED:
Frames; Making Memories papers; dies; hessian; Croco Crackling medium; silver ink; Ingvilde Bolme inl; tulle; ribbon; Prima flower; Glimmermist; beads; white gesso; pins; Liquid Pearls; and glitter menbossing powder.

This photo of Megan and I was taken at my wedding, 13 years ago. Megan is such an important part of my life, and I thought it was time that I got around to getting this photo scrapped.

"SO GLAD WE ARE FRIENDS"
We have been friends since university, and I cannot imagine life without her. She is my dearest friend, and I miss her immensely. She is my partner in crime, and has too many tales she can share about our adventures. And since we both love all things girly, this layout is a perfect representation of our friendship.

The butterflies have been inked, then coated with Glimmer Glam (blue butterflies) and Kindy Glitz (pink butterflies). I have layered the butterflies on top of each other for more dimension.

I really wanted the phrase to stand out against all the colours in the layout, so I have inked it black, coated it with Glimmer Glam (in black), and once dry, coated it with Glossy Accents (for added shine).

The border and corner frames have been inked, then coated with clear embossing powder, and heated with a heat gun until completely melted. I've then decorated the border frame with pearls and rhinestones (for a little added sparkle!).

Yeahhh I have a winner + Tutorial as promissed

Hi everybody,
I'm so glad it's my turn again, there is a lot going on in my scrappy life and I love it.
I made the BoBunny + Cheery Lynn Designs DT.
And I'm loving my gorgeous Imaginarium Designs chipboard more every single day.
So today I want to share two layouts and a tag and I also have a tutorial how I treated my chipboard last month.

But first my WINNER off last months post.
I told you all that I would pick a winner for commenting on my post last month.
Random.org did that for me and he picked
Number #1
And that number belongs to

Congrats Cecilia please contact me at jeroenamykevin@gmail.com
to claim your winnings.

First up:
My tutorial

non treated chipboard

First you ink them with whatever colour you prefer I inked mine with frost white and green.
Then you ad glue and you put the stampendous fragments on them and here you need to have some patience because they will stick everywhere but on you chipboard lol.

And then you use the embossing ink and powder + heat tool for the finishing touch and you can do the same thing using the micro beads instead of the stampendous fragments

Now my first layout:
This layout is my first layout for my BoBunny DT work.
For this layout I used The Avenues collection which is my new favourite
Yes!
Now for my close-ups

I've used the gorgeous collection Wishes & Dreams by Prima Marketing.

This is where I used my technique that you saw in my tutorial.
