A lil creative fun with ATC's :) :) :)

Hello Hello :)

Today I would like to share with you some fun Artist Trading Cards I created using one of my Imaginairum Designs chipboards and a hand carved stamps.

With the blue and white ATC's I have used scrap mono-printed backgrounds.

With the red and white ATC's I have used a red Posca pen to colour in parts of the stamped image.

The Fabulous Imaginarium Designs chipboard that I have used is the Starburst 2. To colour the chipboard I have used a black ink pad.

Well that is it for me for this month, I do hope you have enjoyed the fabulous creativity by the team!!!

Cheers and happy creating!

With this first layout I have created on a monoprinted background of white gesso on black cardstock. The Chipboard has been painted with red Dylusions paint and white Krylon spray gesso.

With this second layout I have created the background pattern using a piece of string dipped in white ink, and once again the chipboard has been coloured using spray gesso and Dylusions acrylic paint.

Scrapping you! :) :) :)

Hello Hello :)

Today I would like to share with you 2 layouts I created using some of my own fave designs the speech bubbles and the crosses.

I have stuck to the theme of creating layouts about myself, as we don't scrap our selves as much as we should, I thought it was Time! :)

With the Imaginarium Designs chipboard on these layouts I have painted them using vibrant colours of acrylic paint.

What Makes You Different Makes You Beautiful by Leonie Neal-Dawson

Hello to all our Imaginarium fans, Leonie Neal-Dawson with you today.  I'm sharing 3 pages today all featuring lots of different types of chipboard pieces and various colourful ways in which to enhance them.

What Makes You Different..

My first scrapbook page today features the lovely title phrase ''What Makes You Different Makes You Beautiful'.  This is such a lovely sentiment and I've used it on a page about one of my sons.  We are each so different in our looks and personaltiy and this is what makes each of us unique and beautiful. I painted the title in various shades to match the patterned papers from Kaisercraft that I used on my scrapbook page.  Once I'd added colour to the title I added some white paint to help bring the colours together.

I added one of these large arrows to my page and painted it white.  Because the arrow was quite large I was able to add a stitched border with a gel pen as well as some basic journalling.

I also embellished my page with this heart, painting each section in the same colours as the title and tying it together again with white paint.

You Make Me Happy
Next up is a page about my partner.  I've used some Kaisercraft papers on these with dreamcatchers on them.  Following the feathery them I decided to add an Imaginarium Designs Chipboard 'Skeletal Feather' to my page.

On the chipboard feather I used 'Stampendous' aged teal embossing powder.  I love the finished effect of this embossing powder, just a hint of blue which brings out the blue in the photo.  I used the same embossing powder for the 'Happy' word in the title.

The 'You Make Me' title I created a two toned effect to match the feathers in the patterned paper.  I used a brown and a white paint dauber to colour these chipboard words.

Just Kidding!
Lastly today, I'm sharing a scraplifted page.  Yep I scrap lifted myself!  Did you see THIS page I posted on the Imaginarium blog last month?  I've been playing around with painterly backgrounds for the past couple of months using Dylusions Paints and well, when you like how something turns out I have no problem at all sticking with a good thing.  Last month I created this page using the interlocking squares and this month I've created a similar page using the bubbles chipboard.

I know the photo's I've used are imperfect, blurry selfies!  But, I printed them small and when placed in and under the chipboard bubbles the imperfections in the photo's don't seem to be as noticeable.

I used some fun Imaginarium Chipboard script words that fit in with the theme of the photo's 'blah blah' 'Just kidding' and 'Oops'.  I inked these words with black ink.

Thanks for stopping by the Imaginarium Designs blog and don't forget to leave a comment to go in the draw for a pack of our gorgeous chipboard.
Cheers, Leonie Neal-Dawson.
