October Projects by Romy

Hi!
Today it's my turn to show you a couple of projects that I made with gorgeous chipboard pieces from Imaginarium Designs. As winter is soon approaching in the Netherlands, the weather is becoming colder already and the days are getting shorter. So those are perfect weather conditions to spend the day scrapping with some fabulous chipboard pieces!

My first project is a sweet lay-out about my best friend's rabbit.

As I stuck to a combination of pink, red and beige papers on my lay-out, I wanted the chipboard pieces to match these colours well too. I therefore covered most of the chiboard pieces with a layer of gold glitter paste. The only exception is the hot-air balloon, which I altered with brown distress ink instead.

I framed my photo with this beautiufl criss cross frame:

I also used one of these large hot-air balloons in the right upper corner of my frame. I attached an Imaginarium chipboard heart on top of it.

I further decorated my lay-out with a couple of tiny hearts and the title 'Cheeky', which are also all from Imaginarium Designs. All these chippies were covered with gold glitter paste.

My second project is a fall card. Again, I couldn't resist using a lot of glitter, so I covered all chipboard pieces on this card with glitter paste as well. For this card, I used copper rather than gold glitter paste, as I felt that suited the fall colours of my card better.

I used a beautiful circle-shaped frame as a central element on my card. Within this circle, I positioned a chipboard butterfly. I also used two tiny leaves from Imaginarium Designs in the corners of my card as a finishing touch.

My second card is a Christmas card, because one can never be too early making those, right?

On this card I used two of my favourite chipboard pieces: these pretty oval frames. I covered them with white embossing powder and attached them on the left and right side of my card, so I could adhere a banner sticker on top of them.

I also incorporated some of these tiny chipboard stars in my card.

Thank you so much for stopping by on the Imaginarium Design blog today!
I hope you enjoyed my projects.
