A Canvas project

Hello everyone!
I, Gerry,  have a canvas to share with you today which is
featuring a few awesome ID chippies.

At first sight you could say I used two frames but actually
I cut the frame in two so I will get two corners.
Further I used liquid paint to spray it the colour I wanted.

To create the title I combined the chipboard word "girl" and
die-cut letters from Sizzix.

The tulip corners were treated with different colours ink.

The dragonfly was treated with yellow, orange and green ink.

Thank you for visiting us today!

Girly Layout from Gerry

Hello dear Friends!
This is Gerry here today to share with you a girly layout
I created especially for you! I used yummy Imaginarium Designs
chippies and as always I had so much blast working with them!
It`s a layout where I mixed lots of colours, played gently with mediums
and hardly used any pattern papers.
SUPPLIES LIST:
{IDAUC 0001} Capital letters
{IDFL 0002} Oval Flourish
{IDT 0012} Brackets on Ovals
{IDT 0014} 4 Small Butterflies
{IDT 0031} Monarch Butterfly
{IDDL 0007} Frame
{IDDL 0004} Two hearts with Cross Flourish

The capital letter chippies were treated with ink and as
a final touch puffy paint was added.
I did the same with the cute little heart :-)

The Oval Flourish was first divided in 4 pieces.
Two of them painted with puffy paint and
the other two sprayed with mist.

Both butterflies were painted first with gesso.
After that I used different colours ink to decorate.

Other Products I used:
Webster's Pages - "Palm Beach" collection
Sizzix - "Cobblestones" Dec. Strip Die

Thank you for visiting us today!
Have a Chippie day ;-)!

Two Projects from Gerry

Hello Creative Friends!
This is Gerry here today to share with you two of
my last projects I created using totally awesome and so
beautiful chipboard from Imaginarium Designs.
Yes, we all love our chippies
and we always have FUN creating with them!
Both my projects today are made on canvas and on each
canvas you`ll see my girl or my boy smiling.
As a matter of fact this time my kiddos
requested I scrap them separately and at the same time...ha ha!
This wasn't a difficult task for sure - I had a blast!

SUPPLIES LIST
{IDDL 0004} Two Hearts with Cross Flourish
{IDP 0036} Wishing You Happiness
{IDBK 0003} Paris Door Album
{IDT 0014} 4 Small Butterflies
{IDFR 00013} Anna Frame
{IDT 0015} Dress (Smaller)

The cute chipboard dress was painted with white paint twice -
just to be sure that it`s completely covered!
Puffy paint was added only on top and then decorated
with pattern paper, lace and resin (from Webster's Pages)

TIP:
Love the hearts chippie....I used part of it in previous projects
so I had over the "hearts' mask".
What I did here was:
1. I applied generously :-) modelling paste to achieve more dimension.
2. Once it was dry I added puffy paint to make it fluffy :-)
3. My final touch was to adhere tiny fussy-cut flourish

And this is the final result...
I added the painted with Glimmer Glam "happiness"
word
I used the word "happiness" separately....
Once again the chipboard was treated with puffy paint
so it`d match my hearts.
The bigger butterfly was colored in with liquid paint.
The stunning "Anna Frame" was treated with a few
colors Glimmer Mist and a puffy paint border was added as a final touch.

And my second canvas ....
This is a photo of my son proudly showing his soccer "trophy"
The photo was edited first black & white
and after that I "splashed" colour only on the photo he`s
holding of his soccer team.
SUPPLIES LIST:
{IDT 0013} Brackets on Oval
{IDS 0013} Embellishments 4 (6 on board)
{IDW 0017} Congratulations (4 on board)
{IDW 0004} Soccer with Ball

Here are a few close-ups for you...
I added slightly Glimmer Glam on the ball
and added puffy paint.
The "Soccer" word was separated from the ball and the "curve".
And the ball itself was separated from the "curve".
