Guest Designer Krisy ....Sweetness

 Hi, It's Krisy back for another guest design share. 

I recently attended some classes by Fiona Paltridge and I just had to go home and try the techniques on my own and put my own spin on the whole thing.

I am all about the mixed media and the application was where I was inspired by Fiona.  

The inks are splatted and dabbed into concentrated areas to create "islands".

To highlight the photo, I added some layers of stamped tissue paper, book pages and cardboard and then finished the whole layout with some very glossy chipboard.  I used some leaf chipboard and the word 'sweet'.  To make sure the chipboard stands out against the background and the layers..  I kept the embellisment pretty simple to let the chipboard and the background shine.
