Sweet Hannah and A Day At The Beach

Hi Everyone Karen here with a couple of project to share with you today.

For my 1st project I used an altered photo of my Grandsons playing on the beach.  I loved the colors in this photo and wanted to keep the chipboard as close to the papers as I could.  I first gessoed the pieces and then used some Tim Holtz Embossing Powder (Weathered Wood) on them and then outlined them with a black Versamark pen.  I thought that the phase said Everyday Goodness…they're really not quite Goddess's, lol

                                                   Clock Face (4.5) IDS0005

                                                   Steampunk Clock IDS0030

Other Products Used:

Tim Holtz Distress Inks (Vintage Photo)

For my 2nd project I used a sweet photo of my friend's dd Hannah, she's such a special girl and so sweet..of course I had to alter these too, lol.  For this project I altered the chipboard with some Lindy's Stamp Gang Embossing Powder (Midnight Copper Obsidian Two-Toned).  I put the embossing powder on really heavy for this effect.  Sorry about the lighting of the photo, it's quite foggy today.
