Lazy Days

Hi There!

Shell Carman here today. I have been playing with one of the new chippies released "Moroccan 6"X6". I love this lattice style pattern. It is so versatile & will suit all types of styles & projects!

I have used the Moroccan 6"X6" to alter the Edward Relief door. I first cut the Moroccan 6"X6" to fit under the Edward Relief window. I then inked the piece with Prima Chalk Ink in Pastel Blue.

The Edward Relief window was sprayed with Heidi Swapp Color Shine Spritz in Georgia Peach. I used a Kaisercraft script stamp & randomly inked using VersaInk clear. Some bits I pressed the ink pad directly onto the chipboard. While the ink was still wet I sprinkled some American Crafts Zing embossing Powder in Blush & set it with the heat gun. I applied some Ranger Distress Crackle Paint in Rock Candy over the top for a more distressed look. In the centre of the wheel I used some Shimmerz Texturez in Sandy Stone using a small craft trowel.

To finish off I inked an Edward Relief Tinies in Prima Chalk Ink Pastel Blue & a
touch of Shimmerz Texturez in Sandy Stone.

The Kerri flourish extra tinies were sprayed with Heidi Swap Color Shine Spritz in Chartreuse then added a few accents of Shimmerz Texturez Sandy Stone.

The tinies oval frame was sprayed with Heidi Swapp Color Shine Spritz in Chartruese with a Websters Pages Perfect Accent attached.

This next page is using a new Wrought Iron flourish. I have created a feminine page with a slightly masculine touch so the Wrought Iron flourish really suits this style

The Family Memories phrase was painted with gesso. I used a script stamp from Kaisercraft with some VersaInk in clear then sprinkled some American Crafts Zing Embossing Powder in clear. I used a heat gun to set the powder then sprayed some Heidi Swapp Color Shine Spritz in Black Velvet

The butterfly & Wrought Iron flourish were painted with Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam in Oil Slick.
