Goodbye Hilde and welcome Patricia and Julianne

Well it's time to say goodbye to Hilde Janbroers. I have loved seeing what Hilde has done for us this year. Hilde has a wonderful sense of colour and design as seen from the two projects I have chosen to share with you.

Don't you love the photo and the way Hilde has added all her elements around the photo, so your eye is drawn to the photos.

One of Hilde's cards, again her eye for colour shows in this beautiful project. I will be watching out for Hilde this year and wish her all the best in what ever venture she takes on. I wish her and her family a wonderful and safe 2013.
How it's time to introduce one of our new Team Members for 2013.
I would like to welcome Patricia Basson who is from South Africa. Here is what she had to say about herself when applying for our team.

"Good Evening again from me Patricia Basson from South Africa.
I can not believe that another year has passed and it is time again to send an application for your Design Team call! Yes, this is my second time entering, and although I know there is some crazy talent out there also answering the call, I can not let the change slip by and not enter...I hope to someday be an inspiration to others, just as I find great inspiration from the girls on various Design Teams.
Although I have been scrapping since 2006, I only really came to my rights about two years ago when I started visiting blogs and on line galleries and found a few scrapping Idols who's work I admire and get inspiration from...
My style leans towards being Shabby-chic, Vintage and sometimes some grunge thrown in for good measures! I love layers and can not scrap without distressing. That goes for my chipboard treatment as well...I tend to see how far I can push the chippies in painting, misting and even dry embossing! My all time favourite product I use on Chipboard is UTEE. I love the effect I get when either adding micro beads to it or spraying mist into the crevices and have it form puddles of colour on the Chipboard... I have a few favourite techniques that I enjoy using...as I am sure you will see if you visit my blog... which I truly hope you will have time to do...
I am currently on the  DT for Scrap Africa and was on our own producer Enmarc Crafts DT from May 2011-2012 and have been asked to return as DT as from January again. I was also on the DT for a Scrapstore/kit club, Scrapbook Studio."
I am sure you are going to love what Patricia designs for us this year. I am look forward to seeing her work this year.

Now it's time to re-introduce you to Julianne McKenna from South Australia.

Juliane is a lovely person who lives near me so I get to catch up with her from time to time. When I first saw her work, I was impressed by her use of colour. She loves bright and vivid colours, something I tend to steer away from, so she was a perfect addition to our team. This year is her second term on our design team and I am sure you are going to be blown away by her work.

Julianne has been playing with mixed media this year the the result has been amazing.

I love the way she has taken three frames of ours and linked them all together to create this wonderful altered art piece. She has put a lot of work into this beautiful piece.

Again another project using three of our chipboard shapes linked together to create a lovely altered art piece. I love the way Jules has even added little frames hanging in the arches.
Can't wait to see what Jules has for us this year. I am sure you will love her work.

Catch you all tomorrow with another goodbye and some more introductions.
Don't forget to leave a comment wishing Hilde all the best and welcoming Patricia and Julianne.
