BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION and A TREASURE BOX.

Hello everyone, TODAY I am showcasing one of my very fave color combos
RED /BLACK/WHITE  .. I find these colors  so beautiful to work with for some reason.
This pic was taken on our daughter’s birthday last year while we were out celebrating .

SMALL HEART –No Image

I inked the title in Versa color ink ( Red Cardinal ) and stitched it in place with the sewing machine .
The word love is inked  in Black Versa color ink and the letter O is replaced with a small heart inked in Red Cardinal.
I  stitched the heart with white crochet cotton and  repeated this process with the small button.

My handy tip .
Lots of random stamping reduced  the starkness  from the white cardstock and I  layered the page with black and red card to continue the flow of the three colors .

Other  materials used
Red, black and white Bazzill, Theresa Collins paper, House of Three Parisian Anthology,  Tim Holtz film strip, Prima stamps, Heidi Swapp ghost heart, Muslin, brads, Versa color ink .

For my second project I created a mini box containing 3 tiny concertina  books.

'LOVE AND CHERISH' Treasure box '

.
I inked all the chipboard in the same manner
Firstly I applied Tim Holtz Rusty Hinge , then  lightly sponged the edges with Versa Color/ Tea bag
