Tomoko has done a fabulous tutorial on how she gets that fabulous finish on her chipboard!
After the butterfly dries, apply some glitter over it. (I used some
glitter paint from Turner Acrylic

Gouahe Lame' Clear Opac. But maybe we only have these in Japan. But, any glitter is okay. I prefer Modge Podge glitter if you have them:) )

After drying, I applied some distress ink for the center part of the butterfly using Prima mask.

Use a black pen to write the patterns of the masked part.

Apply glossy accents in the center part and some rhinestones for accent.
