Layout & Girly 8 x 8 Canvas by Amy

It's Amy here with you today!

Oh my it's August already time flies by so fast, therefor I missed my date on the 3th because I was very stressed! I dropped my phone so it was broken but now I'm all back again for you with some inspiration using the amazing Imaginarium Designs chipboard!

I'm totally hooked on the phrases at the moment & making my own fabric flowers.

My Layout:

   

For this layout I used some older Prima Marketing papers {Lyrics & Delight} I love the soft tones against the black laced paper sheet. Most of the time I keep adding and adding but I wanted to try something less this time.

A little closer: 

I did a lot of mixed media on this layout but then I covered it up with all the layers lol 

I love to emboss all my chipboard pieces so that's what I did.

These fabric flowers are my new addiction they are so easy to make hope to show you on my personal blog very soon.

This is one of the two phrases Imaginarium Designs designed for me.....

On this canvas I used some pretty Tresors de Luxe lace.

In Love...... and A Winner

Hi everyone,

Today I have a layout and a card to share with you.

Let me tell you a little story, my grandfather was born in Solo Indonesia he met my grandmother in Amsterdam they fell in love.
My mom was born in Amsterdam but when she was just one year old they moved to Indiana (USA) because my grandfather didn't liked the weather in The Netherlands :-)
Then two years later they had a son (Evert) and five years later a daughter (Ellen Jane).
They both where born in the States so my whole family lives there (in Sarasota Florida).
When my mom turned 19 they all went on a vacation to The Netherlands where my mom met my dad and fell in love.
My sweet cousin Robert who's my aunt Ellen's son just proposed to his girlfriend that got me all smoesy inside....like those little butterflies you know what I mean don't you??
I love lovestories...

This layout I made for them as a present.
I used the fabulous "Vintage Autumn" collection by Maja Designs those papers are so awesome to work with and the Imaginarium Designs pieces go so well with these papers, a match made in heaven.

Aren't they the cutest couple ever?
I also used some amazing Cheery Lynn Designs dies.
Two pretty doilies, leaves and flowers.

 The flag banner in the picture above is a new design, and I'm so in love with it.

I inked the chipboard pieces with just a little eggplant coloured ink then I used some pink ink to make it a little lighter. As for the chipboard pieces code:IDDL0018 RRP I used a technique I showed you before.

I also used some amazing flowers by Petaloo.

I always enjoy  matching my card with my layout.

Love girly / spring layouts......

Hi everybody,

I want to wish you all a happy spring it's finally getting warmer and sunny in my part of the world.

Hope you all are enjoying some sun in your part of the world.



This month I'd love to share some girlyness with you so I have two layouts for you all.

Your blue eyes:

I'm in love with this beautiful frame by Imaginarium Designs. I first painted it with gesso then I used some crackle accents on the swirly part of the frame. That's such a great effect and it gives it a little more dept.

For this layout I used the awesome "Prairie Chic" collection by Bo Bunny. (something different for a chance lol.)

Cheery Roses

For the phrase I used some embossing powder and later inked it with white paint and for the two manequins I used gesso and for the little one I did some glitter on the upper part.
