Another amazing project from our Feb Guest Designer Debbie Smith appeared in my Inbox!.....
"Every now and then I like to scrap a photo of my DH Ian and I
with a story attached, and then put it in its own special album called
"Favourites." When I saw this Imaginarium Designs title, I knew it would
be perfect to tell the story of a special lunch date we had recently.
Because we're so busy with Angus 3, and Tasmin 4, lunch dates are pretty
rare for us!
I
coloured the flourish plus part of the title with red Versacolor ink to
help them stand out as features on the page. I inked the "Memories"part
of the title with Tim Holtz "Dusty Concord", a lovely purple distress
ink. Because the ink is activated by water, I added a few drops to
some that I'd smeared on some baking paper and flicked a bit of the ink
on the white space left on the page. A little colour from patterned paper and some vintage music sheet completes the page!
