Going postal for Kraft .....

And then it was February!

What happened to January?
School has gone back... Routine has started again... Life has gone back
to normal in my house! (insert sigh of relief here)

This month, Imaginarium Design are sponsoring the awesome Aussie challenge site Kraft +.

I have asked the girls to participate this month and create a project based on
their challenge criteria!

First up is Carol with this lovely layout.

I designed this layout to look like a parcel about to be mailed out.
I used Tim Holtz Kraft patterned cardstock and a Sizzix postcard die. Created a few "stamps" with ID chipboards by stamping on it and handwriting the Korean words. Used postal rubber stamps for the postmarks too. Title "Hongdae" chipboard and hearts and arrows
chipboards are colored with Faber Castell markers.

Next up is me!

I had a really good look through my stash of scrapbook supplies - and I not only discovered I have way too much stuff - but I dont have anything postage stamp related!

So I found some free clip art images from the web and printed them direct to my cardstock!
I'm pretty proud to say that all the chipboard I used has been designed by me including the new release "Fun Times" title! The chipboard was lightly sprayed with Lindys Stamp Gang mist in Bonjour Butter and the title in Bombsell Black!

And the awesome Louise has created this fab page...

I love the simplicity of the chipboard - it frames the picture perfectly

Thanks for stopping by
Natalie

  1. I am not usually a big fan of kraft cardstock but these layouts are really awesome! I absolutely love the pop of yellow on your layout! It really stands out against the kraft! TFS!
