Hi everyone!
Hope you're all having an amazing week!
Today we're sharing more of our gorgeously girly theme projects for this month!
Here's the inspiration board that we've asked our talented ladies to draw from -
- isn't it so very pretty?!!
*You can find that super cool script from the lovely Jodie York over at Polka Dot Creative*
Our gorgeous Tatiana has created this mixed media stunner!
To recreate a similar look with your chipboard, Tatiana says,
"The fab Imaginarium Designs chipboard was embossed with gold zing embossing powder and painted with white gesso."
Here's another mixed media delight from the incredibly inspiring Louise Nelson,
W.O.W!!!
Such a super cool page & I just adore that polaroid chippie frame!
And how cute are those pink painted chevrons?!
Last, but certainly not least, we have our amazing Belinda Jane Spencer sharing this divine layout...
So many intricate details and lovelies to look at here!
Belinda says,
"I loved all of the pink tones in the mood board so used lots of pink on my layout from the background, mists, ink and embellishments. I altered my chipboard pieces with a couple of layers of white gesso and then sprayed with Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Blush. I have scattered some gold sequins over the layout to co-ordinated with some of the gold embellishments."
The end result speaks for itself - a truly stunning layout!
Inspiration overload today! I hope it gets your creative juices flowing!
Thankyou for visiting!
*Don't forget to leave a comment to in the draw for a pack of our awesome chipboard*
Loving all that

lovely creations.

I love how different each of these pieces are yet they are all quite stunning!! TFS!
ReplyDeletesuch a diffuse grouping. Love the harlequin design on the first page - bold coloring.
ReplyDeleteThe second has a fun splash of color in the middle, brings the eye up to the hot air balloons
The third is so soft with the pinks.
Beautiful layouts.
thanks for sharing.
Tatiana, I love the bold checkerboard background you used and the way you arranged the paint and embellishment to create a cool negative space on the background. Well done. Thanks for the tip about embossing the chipboard and gessoing it. Well done.
ReplyDeleteLouise, your piece is awesome. I love vertical movement -very suitable for those darling hot air balloon chipboard pieces and the burst of white and color against the black background is so cool - like bright fireworks. Well done.
Belinda, I especially liked the effect you created with the background paper - makes it look like wood veneer in the photo. The mixed media techniques you used are so cool. I love how the horizontal movement of the delightful chipboard pieces leads my eye to the darling photo. Well done.
XXOXX Jean :)
