'SOOTHING MY SOUL'

HELLO everyone,  my turn today and I have two layouts for you ..both soaked with  rich earthy hues .

'BLOOM'
Spring is a time when life is stirring in my garden …  soothing and calming my soul .
I chose to use the color combo of blue and yellow, reminding me of the blue skies and the warm sun and the riot of chaos and color provided by the yellow and pink pansies,  dancing among  white daisies , mingled with rich blue violets  brightening  the damp shady corners of my garden ..
I inked the clock with Tim Holtz distress ink -rusty hinge, and added a tiny dab of Polar Blue versa color ink
The alphas and leaves are also inked with versa color ink – Topaz  ..

 My Handy tip
While the ink was still damp I scratched some markings on the leaves with a fine pen to add dimension and texture.
