A Little Bit Grungy and A Little Bit Lacy

Good Morning from the beautiful Redwoods!!  I have several projects to share with you today.

The first one is a little bit grunge.

And Now For A Little Lace

Materials Used:
Donna Salazar's Bontanique Collection
Prima Wooden Clocks
I Am Roses for the Rosebuds
Molding Paste
Gesso
Cheesecloth
Prima Stencil

To alter the corners for this project I first painted the chipboard with white Gesso and let that dry.  Then I used moulding paste on the pieces and then applied some Shimmerz Paints "Enamalz" "Molten Metal" and added a few pinches of Tim Holtz  Embossing Powder (Tattered Rose) and set it with a heat tool.  For the fence I painted it with white Gesso first and then appliec some TH White Picket Fence Distress Crackle Paint.  I also used some Gesso with a piece of sponge and dabbed the grapevine and flowers with it.

And A Little More Grunge

Materials Used:
Bo Bunny's Weekend Market Collection
Authentique's Genuine Collection
Webster's Pages Glorious Day Collection
Tim Holtz Tattered Floras Die Cut with Vagabond
Shimmerz Paints Enamelz "Molten Metal"
Stampa Rosa "Detail Copper" Embossing Powder
Liquid Leaf "Florentine Gold"
Tattered Angels "Sapphire" Glimmer Mist

To alter the chipboard pieces I first painted them all with white Gesso and let that dry.  I then used some Stampa Rosa "Detail Copper" Embossing Powder and used my heating tool to "melt" them.  After that dried I painted all the pieces with some Liquid Gold Leaf and let that dry completely.  When everything was nice and dry I used some Tattered Angels "Sapphire" Glimmer Mist in a random fashion, with some thicker drops here and there.  It really looks like rusty cooper in real life!!
