Moodboard Month - DT Inspiration!

This month our DT are being inspired by a moodboard and showcasing how versatile the amazing Imaginarium Designs Chipboard is!! 

This is the moodboard (from Pinterest) we followed. 

Karyn created a masculine layout with minimal patterned paper.

She started by gathering the supplies she wanted to use - including her latest favourite stencil and a selection of chipboard clock faces to go with her masculine layout.

She used a silver texture paste (Heidi Swapp) through the stencil (TCW tile mania), then sprayed with white Kaiser mist.   

 

She then used some gorgeous Stampendous Aged Silver embossing enamel on the chipboard. 

 

Then she put her layout together. She scrummaged through her rather large (lol) stash and selected a heap of items she havent used for ages (if at all lol) - so she did a bit of stash busting and was quite impressed with the result.

She added a Hambley Screen Prints overlay under the photo along with some Paper House Black ColorWays papers, a kraft tag, muslin, paper flowers, and some Tim Holtz Alpha tiles for the title.

Wendy has made these fabulous mini bags and boxes :)

This month Wendy chose a bit of challenge which was to use the mood board clock theme and create five mini bags / boxes from one sheet of cardstock! There are heaps of on-line instructions for these. She then used some chipboard to finish them all off - great idea for Christmas as well!
