February Projects by Romy

Hi!
Today it's my (Romy's) turn to show you a couple of projects for February.
I would like to show you a masculine lay-out about my dad and an early Christmas card, both displaying some of my favourite chipboard pieces from Imaginarium Designs. I hope I can inspire you in this way to also use some of your beautiful Imaginarium chipboard.

First off, I have a vintage lay-out to show you. On this lay-out I scrapped a sepia-toned photo of my father and I tried to use many masculine touches to my lay-out to make it suit the photo. Imaginarium Designs has some chipboard pieces that were perfect for adding just the masculine twist that I was looking for.

I embellished my lay-out with several of these wonderful chipboard gears. I made them brown by slightly inking them with distress ink.

I also framed my photo with this beautiful frame.

I further embellished my lay-out with some of these wonderful chevrons.

My second project features a gorgeous frame from Imaginarium Designs. I was in the mood for an early Christmas card and this rectangular frame was just perfect for that.

I heat embossed the frame with gold embossing powder for an elegant Christmas look.

Also don't forget to leave me a comment for a chance to win a gorgeous package of chipboard from Imaginarium Designs :)

Have a great day!
