A couple of projects from Brit

Hi there ! I`ve made a Christmas layout to show you today.
Love this Christmas tree. It`s so beautiful.

The picture of my daughter is from last Christmas.
She was so happy when she got her Santa costume on,
and went from door to door to
ask for sweets (we do that on the night to the 13th of December)

I first used a layer of gesso on the tree. Then I added silver stickles,
and at the end some Mica Flakes Granite.
The stars and the fence are painted with distress paint.

The presents are painted with white gesso and red- and cinnamon stickles.

Here I have made a small canvas with a quote on.
I thought the feather and butterfly really went well
with this saying.

"It`s not enough to have the feathers.
You must dare to fly !"
The feather is painted with lots of different layers of acrylic paints.
The shimmer is from the sorbet paint from Art Anthology.
I have used that on the letters too. The color is Kenyan Copper.

Have a nice day everybody. And remember to leave a comment,
to be in the drawing of some great chipboards from Imaginarium.
