Something Quite Different

Today I have something quite different to share with you.

Maiko sent me these two lovely projects she made. They are quite amazing and would look lovely hanging in a beach house or bathroom. Just look at the detail she has included in her projects. I love the finish she has applied to her chipboard.
Her work is so creative and delightful. Don't they look so pretty and fresh.

She has made a YouTube video, just click on the link
You may need to check it again later as Maiko has to change it from private to public, and as I don't speak any Japanese, I am not sure when it will be happening.

Next is a lovely chest of draws created by Kaori, isn't it beautiful. I love the softness of the colours and the delicateness as well. It looks like Kaori painted her draws with white paint. She used some lovely print papers and covered the draw fronts, top and of her draws.
Kaori painted her chipboard embellishments white and attached them to the front of the draws. She added a flower to the middle of them to finish them off.

Kaori used one of our favorite boarders, and cut it in half and rejoined the two ends into the middle to create a feature - so clever.

Thanks so much Maiko and Kaori for sharing your lovely projects with us today. Both of them are so pretty and creative, and I do love sharing  their work with you.
