Quick, Easy Ways to Transform Chipboard on Your Scrapbook Pages

Hello and welcome to the Imaginarium designs blog.
Leonie with you today and I have my December creations to share with you,
each page incorporates several of our chipboard pieces.  Being short of time in this busy month of December I chose two methods I like to use to transform chipboard that isn't too complicated or time consuming.

Treasure The Time by Leonie Neal-Dawson

For this first page I used various coloured versa mark ink cubes to transform these chipboard pieces.  A few swipes and dabs with an ink cube and these chippies were ready to stick down on my page.
I think the brightly coloured chipboard makes a nice foil against the kraft base of this page.  Inking is such a quick and easy way to transform your chipboard.

On my second page I used distress paints to colour the chipboard pieces, choosing colours that are represented in the the patterned papers that I used from the Dear Lizzy Documentary range.  Distress paints or intact any sort of paint dabbers always makes a quick easy transformation of your chipboard pieces.

I cut the 'bubbles' piece of chipboard in half and placed half on either side of my photograph.
I love these hand drawn leaves design,  I placed several under each flower to create a more realistic flower bouquet.

Thanks so much for stopping by the Imaginarium Designs blog.
Please leave a comment to go in the draw for a pack of our lovley chipboard pieces.
Happy Crafting.
Leonie Neal-Dawson.
